We offer all our customers a cash offset option on all services, what this means is that any items that you don’t want can be used against the cost of our services. All items are logged and will be presented to you during the final stages of our work. Occasionally we will have customers with nothing to pay when the valuables exceed the cost of our services. We buy quality used furniture, antiques and other desirables!

4. Cheap disposal – After we have cleared the property we will the dispose of all unwanted items
Supporting Local Charities
We hate to see good reusable items go to waste; we will always ensure that your household or commercial items are disposed of responsibly. We regularly support local charities in the Cork area, it’s great for the environment and it helps bring down the cost of our landfill / recycling fees which ultimately helps our customers save money! When furniture is donated to one of our selected charities they receive 50% of the value on sale after costs.
Space Planning
CJM are office space planning specialists. We create accurate CAD plans of your existing office layout and use these to carry out our comprehensive office space planning service. This can include multiple options showing how to make the best use of your office space including minimal expenditure, minimal disruption, maximum density, or even a complete office space planning overhaul.
We can work with your existing furniture, or to recommend new / used furniture depending on your budget. Product Sourcing
CJM offer a product sourcing service, whether for new or used. We cater for house, office or hospitality sectors. We determine your budget for furniture and work within that budget. CJM Establish a time frame for your furniture needs and provide solutions that will meet your schedule. We Use our extensive resources to find new, used, re-manufactured or a combination of all three types of furniture to fit your space and your budget.
We secure the specific furniture for future use if your project will be completed in stages and we can store your furniture in a warehouse until you need it, if required.
