Culture Co-Working Cork Project

Project Brief

We were contacted by Andrew Whitaker (Managing Director) following a referral from a previous customer. Andrew was launching a new business venture and needed to achieve a high-end corporate appearance on a tight budget.

CJM met with Andrew on-site to assess the space and requirements. He needed a full setup including: a reception and waiting area, four dedicated radial desk areas, open-plan hot desking for 10 staff, two collaboration/meeting rooms, an 8-person boardroom, and a canteen for four.

We collaborated on a tailored plan, conducted site measurements, and produced mock-up samples of the furniture for Andrew’s approval. To achieve the desired look, we used a two-tone wood finish of white and walnut—resulting in a rich, professional aesthetic.

The project was delivered on time and on budget. Visitors commented that the space and furniture felt brand new. In March 2019, Andrew returned to CJM when expanding the facility to include a startup incubation centre. We supplied additional 4- and 6-person bespoke benches and ergonomic mesh-back swivel chairs to accommodate the expansion.
