The Brief

Culture Co-Working’s Managing Director, Andrew Whitaker, approached CJM via referral while launching his new co-working venture. The goal: create a high-end corporate feel on a tight budget, complete with a full office fit-out—from reception to meeting rooms.

Our Solution

After on-site consultation and precise measurements, CJM developed a tailored plan, presenting mock-up samples for approval. A two-tone wood finish in white and walnut achieved the polished aesthetic while staying cost-conscious. The initial fit-out in 2018 delivered a reception, boardroom, hot-desking areas, meeting rooms, and canteen—earning praise for its “brand-new” look. In 2019, CJM returned to complete an expansion, adding a startup incubation centre with bespoke benching and ergonomic seating.
