DAA Cork Airport Project
At the end of 2018, Cork Airport approached CJM for a cost-conscious solution to furnish their new management office suite within the terminal building. Initially seeking quality used furniture, the client also required designs that met strict aesthetic standards and reflected the airport's professional image. With tight budgets, live operational conditions, and high-profile stakeholders, the challenge was to deliver a premium workspace without exceeding costs.
Defence Forces - NOC Project
At the end of 2019, CJM entered a competitive tender to refit the Naval Operations Centre at Haulbowline. The facility had not been updated for years, and the Defence Forces required robust, high-performance workstations with full cable management, removable panels for wiring access, ventilation for equipment, and integration for electrical control items. Delivery speed and precision were critical, with a tight timeframe and specific design needs.
DP Energy Project
DP Energy sought to furnish their new South Mall office in the heart of Cork City with high-quality, sustainable furniture that reflected their values as a leading energy company. Dublin Property Company Project
A Dublin-based property development company approached CJM to furnish a newly renovated office floor on Dawson Street. Their goal was to create a fully fitted, ready-to-rent workspace that would attract premium tenants without requiring additional investment in fit-out. Fluirse Education Services / Pitman Training Project
Over the past five years, CJM has partnered with Fluirse Education Services / Pitman Training to furnish and enhance multiple training centres across Ireland. Green Sea Marine Project
Green C Marine required a complete site office setup for their team of 15 working on the European Celtic Interconnector project in Youghal. They also requested matching desks, ergonomic seating to protect staff wellbeing, steel storage for tools, wooden storage for documents, and a 16-person boardroom space for team meetings.

At the end of 2017, JJ Rhatigan approached CJM to furnish their expanded Cork Regional Office. Having previously designed, supplied, and installed furniture for their 12-person office in 2015, the goal was to seamlessly match the original style while accommodating a growing team of 35.
Large Irish Hotel Group
Through a long-time working relationship with the hotel, the general manager asked CJM to quote for items that were proving difficult to source due to long lead times and expensive quotations on the stock required. The main goal was to find suitable alternatives that met the project brief while maintaining the expected standard of finish across the hotel environment.
Modern Office Revamp Project
The client set a goal of refitting a traditional office space into a new modern workplace, where teams could take themselves out of the office seat and into more focused spaces. With over 250 people on site, the project involved delivering a new reception space for teams to collaborate across breakout zones, modern ergonomic office seating to improve working conditions, huddle rooms for employees to have 1-1 meetings or private calls, a refurbished canteen to relax during lunch breaks, soundproof booths for staff to take private calls, and a fully refreshed boardroom fit-out to bring the building into the modern era.
O.N.E. Office Project

The space needed to convey professionalism and formality, support functional meetings, and meet strict sustainability standards, all while respecting the heritage setting and navigating limited site access.
OCF Group Cork Project
During the planning of their new purpose-built head office in Charleville Town Centre, OCF Group engaged CJM to design and furnish both public-facing and operational spaces. The goal was to create a welcoming reception, meeting, and waiting area to make a strong first impression, while also delivering a functional, attractive open-plan back office. Cost-efficiency was key, but without compromising on professional aesthetics.
