As part of an NGO-led initiative, CJM was tasked with creating a sophisticated boardroom environment that blended classic style with a modern edge. The space needed to convey professionalism and formality, support functional meetings, and meet strict sustainability standards, all while respecting the heritage setting and navigating limited site access.

CJM delivered a modern yet timeless boardroom fit-out using environmentally conscious materials and precise design detailing. The project overcame logistical challenges with staged deliveries and careful handling for heritage-site access. The result, a magnum-finish veneer table paired with PU leather cantilever chairs, earned praise for its elegance, comfort, and alignment with eco-friendly values. The installation was completed within a one-week turnaround, with a flawless one-day on-site setup.
