Project Overview

The Brief

During the planning of their new purpose-built head office in Charleville Town Centre, OCF Group engaged CJM to design and furnish both public-facing and operational spaces. The goal was to create a welcoming reception, meeting, and waiting area to make a strong first impression, while also delivering a functional, attractive open-plan back office. Cost-efficiency was key, but without compromising on professional aesthetics.

Our Solution

Through multiple design consultations and detailed site surveys, CJM developed layouts tailored to OCF’s workflow. Bespoke pieces—such as the uniquely angled reception desk—were custom measured for a flawless fit. Materials combined repurposed and new liquidated stock, with select new panels on the reception counter for visual impact. This blended approach ensured excellent value without sacrificing style. Following the success of the 2017 head office, OCF awarded CJM a second contract in 2018 for their DNCF sub-office, including reception, meeting spaces, and an open-plan layout for 20 staff.
